FTC 2026–27 BIOBUZZ
Robot build & inspection
What should a new team build first for BIOBUZZ?
Answer last refreshed .
Answer
A new team for BIOBUZZ should consider building a StarterBot first.
The StarterBots are made from parts in each vendor's Starter Kits and build on the StarterBot Base drivetrain-and-intake designs.
StarterBots
They are intended to be a starting point, not an ending point, and can help teams get started with the game.
Additionally, teams can utilize the FIRST Tech Challenge Skill Builders, a series of guided activities and mini-games designed to build foundational drive system, intake, and programming skills that carry directly into BIOBUZZ.
