What happens when a HIVE is TIPPED?

When a HIVE is TIPPED, the downward-facing CELL becomes the upward-facing CELL, and the damper on the HIVE that was previously not contacting the frame begins to contact the frame.
Rule 10.5.1
The POLLEN and NECTAR in the CELL will spill onto the foam field surface, and the opposing CELL will now be facing upward.
