The official field CAD and setup guide can be found on the FIRST Playing Field Resources page.
Specifically, the field CAD is available as an Onshape Field CAD and the setup guide is available as an Event Field Setup Guide and an Initial Field Element Assembly Guide.
Additionally, the FTC Docs page also provides information on the playing field resources.
Please note that these resources are not game rules, but rather guides for setting up and assembling the playing field. The Competition Manual governs the game rules.
